Greetings,

I am Younis Alrimawi, an aviation leader with a relentless drive to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and compliance within the aviation sector. My journey in aviation began in 2005, motivated by a vision to not only navigate the skies but to transform them. Over the past 18 years, I have honed my expertise across a broad spectrum of aviation disciplines, from flight operations to safety management, establishing myself as a trusted authority in the industry.

Throughout my career, I have embraced a series of challenging and rewarding roles, each contributing to my comprehensive understanding of the aviation ecosystem. I began my career as a licensed flight dispatcher and progressed to lead critical flight operations, manage Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance (ACMI) projects and serve as an IOSA Auditor. My experience spans a wide range of operations, from commercial airline management to private aviation and has taken me to over 30 countries where I’ve consulted on operational excellence, safety and regulatory compliance.

Currently, I focus on aviation consultancy, leveraging my vast experience in founding AOCs, managing safety departments and optimising operational processes. I am deeply committed to ensuring that the aviation industry evolves in line with best practices while navigating the ever-changing regulatory and operational landscapes.

Outside of aviation, I am an avid adventurer, with a passion for exploring nature, cycling, diving and experiencing the world’s diverse cultures. Above all, I value the time spent with my family, which remains my greatest source of inspiration.
